Google Search launches SearchWiki a way to customize your own search, you may be searching a for a particular topic and the topic link may be listed in 4th or 5th place you can move the link to first and  re-arrange, delete, add comments etc.

SearchWiki is enabled when you signed into Google account. The changes done while searching are stored into your Google account.
