Gmail Labels helps users to add more than one conversations, emails and also you can create multiple labels inside your Gmail account. Gmail announced new enhanced features in labels, where you can drag and drop, hide and more.

Gmail blog mentions three main features in Labels as follows.

1. New location for labels
2. Label hiding and showing
3. Drag and drop

1. New location for labels

Labels are arranged in a list, where you can browser list of  labels which is marked in green color in the above picture.

2. Label hiding and showing

You can hide and show your favorite labels inside you Gmail by changing Labels settings for your Gmail account.

You can also change the color of the labels by clicking on labels as shown below picture.

After changing label color the conversations and emails under the label also will be notified by the label color as shown below picture.

3. Drag and drop

Drag and drop feature allows you to drag conversations or emails to drop on labels.
