There are two formats low quality FLV video and high quality mp4 video, Normally YouTube broadcasts low quality FLV video. If you have YouTube account you can set Playback Setup to High quality video, Sign into YouTube account and go to My account select Playback Setup choose faster connection.

To watch high quality video we use &fmt=18 at the end of YouTube video URL. Here also the same procedure to embed high quality video but slight difference.
