Yahoo unveiled its new feature “search pad” when Google notebook was withdrawn, Yahoo was finding to replace Google notebook with search pad.

Yahoo search pad was introduced in the beginning of this year for testing, finally on 7th July 2009 Yahoo unveiled search pad beta.

To access search pad open search.yahoo.com and search for any keyword you will notice search pad bar as shown above picture, where you can create new note of your current search result.

If you like to note the current search result just copy paste the text in search pad. Search pad finds for the word and stores with website thumbnail as shown above picture. You can create, share, close and delete notes via search pad.

Note : You should log in with your Yahoo Id before taking notes using search pad in yahoo search results.
